What We Offer
Inbound/ Outbound
Call center agents handle incoming and outbound calls from customers or clients who initiate contact for various reasons, like updating insurance, explaining of balance, disputing charges and financial programs availability.
Improve the patients understanding of their bill and physician’s role
Provide a detailed explanation of itemized statements so that patients understand the reason of the bill, cost of procedures
performed and insurance payments.
Patients Registration
We work two main scenarios:
New Patients: data entry over the phone, collect demographic information, PCP information, Insurance information.
Existing Patients: update/correct their information before or after they have an appointment.
Prescription Refill
Patients call for medication refills. Agents verify the prescription and send
in messages to the providers who confirm the request and call the patient pharmacy to refill the prescription. Agents also confirm the pharmacy the patients would like to receive their medication as well as a good callback number for communication from the pharmacy.
Voice Mail
Agents work the Voice mail of our clients’ returning calls to the patients and working their account based on the reason of the call.
Early Out Service
Outbound Calls: Agents notify the patient that they have an account that has a patient balance, and offer payment plan arrangement, add insurance, FAA, or payment discounts.
Inbound Calls: Agents explain the bill to the patient, set up Financial Assistant Letters, offer discounts, process payments, add insurance, and send the account for review.
Both Inbound and outbound calls, are from the hospital billing.
Scheduling
Planning and booking of appointments with individual patients,
for a follow-up visit or a routine examination, and healthcare resources.
The bookings are done by either inbound or outbound calls; during the scheduling, we obtain all the relevant information required from the patient before their appointment.

Process Payments
